Pressure washing that takes concrete back to its original color
High-pressure cleaning for concrete, brick, and hard surfaces.
About our pressure washing service
Concrete holds on to everything — tire marks, oil drips, mud from the last storm, and a slow film of algae that turns a light driveway into a dull gray slab. Pressure washing removes all of it, and the difference is usually the single biggest visual upgrade a property can get in a day.
We use commercial-grade pressure equipment with surface cleaners for flatwork, which means an even finish instead of the zebra striping you get from waving a wand back and forth. Pressure and nozzle selection are matched to the surface, so hard materials get the force they need and nothing gets etched.
Who this is for
- Homeowners with stained or discolored driveways, sidewalks, and patios
- Property managers preparing units for turnover or inspection
- Businesses with entryways, dumpster pads, or drive-thru lanes
- Anyone selling a home who wants the fastest visible improvement
What our pressure washing service covers
Every job follows the same sequence so nothing gets skipped.
Surface assessment
We identify the material and the contaminant before touching a trigger — concrete, pavers, brick, and stone all behave differently.
Pre-treatment
Organic growth and oil get a dwell treatment first so the pressure removes it instead of just pushing it around.
Surface cleaner pass
Rotating surface cleaners deliver even, stripe-free results across flatwork.
Detail work
Edges, expansion joints, steps, and corners are cut in by hand with a wand.
Final rinse
Everything gets rinsed down so residue and debris don't dry back onto the surface.
Walkthrough
We walk it with you before packing up and address anything you point out.
Why pressure washing is worth doing
Slip risk drops
Algae and mildew make concrete slick when it rains. Removing it makes walkways safer.
Surfaces last longer
Organic growth holds moisture against concrete and accelerates surface breakdown.
Curb appeal returns
Clean flatwork frames the whole property. Dirty concrete makes everything above it look tired.

Pressure Washing questions
The questions we get asked most about this service.
Not when the pressure and tip are correct for the surface. Concrete tolerates high pressure well, but we still test an inconspicuous area first and adjust. Softer materials get soft washing instead.
Most residential driveways are a same-day job. Timing depends on square footage, how heavy the staining is, and whether pre-treatment needs extra dwell time.
We can usually reduce them significantly with a degreaser and hot treatment. Deeply penetrated old oil may not come out completely — we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
We'll discuss water and power access when we quote the job so there are no surprises on the day.
Often booked together
These pair naturally with the work above — most properties need more than one method.
