Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove buildup from hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing applies a cleaning solution at low pressure to kill organic growth on delicate surfaces like siding, stucco, and roofing. Using the wrong one on the wrong surface causes damage.
No. High pressure strips protective granules off asphalt shingles and can void the manufacturer's warranty. Roofs are cleaned with a non-pressure method only.
Yes, with proper preparation. Plants and beds are pre-wet before we begin, protected during the work, and rinsed again afterward.

Yes. Fleet accounts commonly run weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and residential customers often schedule seasonal cleanings.
Not necessarily, as long as we have the access we need and it's been arranged in advance. We do like to walk the finished work with you when possible.
Close all windows and doors, move vehicles and patio furniture off the work area, and let us know about any water or power access limitations.
Not always. Deeply penetrated old oil, permanent mineral etching in glass, and some rust staining can only be improved rather than eliminated. We'll tell you what to realistically expect before we start.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when the pressure and tip are correct for the surface. Concrete tolerates high pressure well, but we still test an inconspicuous area first and adjust. Softer materials get soft washing instead.

Yes, with proper process. We pre-wet landscaping, control overspray, and rinse plantings again afterward.

Mostly no. Siding is washed with low-pressure soft wash methods. High pressure can force water behind panels and damage trim.
